One of the easiest and most relaxing ways is through a detox bath. Using essential oils, which provide antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory benefits, along with some common household items can help flush impurities from the body.
For this recipe you will need baking soda, Epsom salt and our Restful Ease™ organic essential oil blend, which contains lavender essential oil and is crafted to calm emotions and create a sense of peace.
Combine 1 cup of Epsom salt, 1 cup of baking soda and 10 drops of Restful Ease essential oil.
Pour contents into hot bath and soak, relax, enjoy for 20 minutes!
